Payment

✦ I only accept payment in USD.
✦ I accept payment through Paypal, Stripe, or KoFi. I will typically send invoices.
✦ For commissions under $200 payment is required up front. Commissions over $200 will be allowed to split into two payments. 50% up front, and 50% upon approval of sketch.

Process and Delivery

✦ After payment, I will begin the commission within a week. A few sketches may be sent to be chosen between.
✦ I try to send regular progress shots as I work for feedback and so you're aware where I am in the process.
✦ I tend to work in bursts. Meaning I will likely go for a week or so without working on art, but then would get a large portion done in one sitting. Please do not expect daily updates as I have a regular job and do not work on art daily.
✦ Once the piece is complete I will upload it to a Google Drive and share the link. Many files, especially models, are too large to share via Twitter DM.
✦ Model commissions take 1-2 months. Chibis typically take a week or less. If you have a strict deadline please let me know.

Refunds

✦ During the sketch phase you may recieve a 50% refund. After the sketch phase I do not offer refunds.
✦ I will only offer a refund if I am unable to finish the piece for an unforseen reason.
✦ Partial refund allowed if strict deadline is missed.

L2D

✦ A clear reference is required for L2D model commissions or a $75 concept and design fee will be applied to the commission.
✦ Reference can be written, artwork, or even images. A moodboard or rough sketch to show what you would like is always appreciated.
✦ L2D model commissions are exclusively art. I am not a rigger and not offer rigging services for my models.
